By using WOW Financial's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

WOW Financial provides investment intelligence and portfolio modelling services through a technology platform. We do not provide personal financial advice. All portfolio outputs are reviewed by licensed professionals through our partnership with YOC Securities Pty Ltd (AFSL holder).

Our platform supports:

  • Risk-first portfolio modelling
  • Market data and performance visibility
  • Documented review workflows and audit trails
  • Customer account management and reporting

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration, including identity and KYC documentation where required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge that:

  • Investment decisions carry inherent risks
  • Portfolio models are tools to support decision-making, not guarantees of outcomes
  • You should consider your own objectives, financial situation, and needs before acting
  • You will not misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent security or compliance controls

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. We make no guarantees about investment returns or outcomes. You should seek independent professional advice for your specific circumstances where appropriate.

5. Human Review & Execution

Portfolio submissions may be reviewed by AFSL-licensed professionals. Investment decisions reviewed and executed through YOC Securities Pty Ltd remain subject to applicable laws, AFSL obligations, and product disclosures.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to upload false or misleading information, or to interfere with platform integrity, availability, or other users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
